Foap has emerged as a global frontrunner in social media advertising under the stewardship of CEO Mateusz (Matt) Zybaczynski since 2018, by unleashing the creativity of 4.5 million creators around the world and catering to iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Uber, and MasterCard. The platform’s robust partnership with tech giants Meta and TikTok, and its pioneering role in the TikTok Creative Exchange in Europe highlights its innovative edge in the digital content sphere.

Foap enters a new phase of international expansion with the appointment of Michał Glapiński - former Saatchi & Saatchi IS managing director, co-founder of Brand New Galaxy and former CEO of Pathfinder 23 - as chief strategy officer and managing partner, and the appointment of former Meta Creative Shop head Edyta Kotowicz as executive creative director and managing partner.

Foap is a truly international operation, with headquarters in Warsaw and a global footprint extending to Zurich, Miami, and Indonesia. Foap has made a name for itself in the global creator community as a significant movement at the forefront of the creator economy boom, and is rooted in a commitment to revolutionising and democratising content creation worldwide. Proof of Foap’s global impact is its community of more than 4.5 million creators in 194 countries.

Foap is on a mission to be a world leader in digital-first content and communication innovation, which is achieved via strategic partnerships including long-standing collaborations with Meta and TikTok.

Reflecting on the new journey, chief strategy officer and managing partner Michał Glapiński remarked: "I started my partnership with Matt Zybaczynski two years ago, and I am thrilled to push the envelope further in what Foap can achieve in the 'creators economy'. The transformative impact Foap has on the global creative market is not just impressive; it's inspirational. It's an honour to officially join the Foap leadership team and steer such a dynamic endeavour into its next phase of growth."

Foap executive creative director and managing partner Edyta Kotowicz adds: "From my days at META, ushering in Instagram Stories to the CEE markets, and leading Instagram in DACH to now at Foap, I've seen first-hand the power of innovative content in driving business success. Foap’s phenomenal rise as a creative powerhouse is exhilarating. I'm excited to help navigate our global expansion and further cement our position as leaders in the creative economy."
