Adelaide-based full service marketing and communications agency KWP! has officially opened its doors in Darwin.
The agency is dedicated to delivering ideas that are impossible to ignore and brands that are impossible to forget.
Says
John Baker (right), managing director, KWP!: "After a successful 25
years of working with clients in Adelaide it is time for KWP! to branch
out and expand our work.
"Darwin has always been the most obvious place for us to open given its
similarities with Adelaide, especially its strong sense of community.
"We
have a proud history in Darwin having worked on the rebrand for Charles
Darwin University and marketing initiatives for Power and Water."
KWP!
successfully merges ideas with new media channels and production
capabilities. Management, creative, production, strategy, digital,
interactive, retail, social and media are all part of the agency's skill
set.
Based on Mitchell Street, KWP! Darwin has recently begun
working with Menzies School of Health Research and the agency is excited
to develop new relationships with other local businesses.
Says Baker: "Good advertising agencies and good communications agencies build businesses - that's their job."
KWP!
is involved with and has helped build some iconic businesses in South
Australia, including Coopers and the South Australian Tourism Commission
which have achieved much success, not just locally, but nationally and
overseas.
KWP! Darwin business director Kaia Hammond (above,
left) can see the same potential in Darwin and is keen to work with
businesses of all sizes.
Says Hammond: "We're looking to develop
partnerships with small and large businesses across a number of
different industries and in range of capacities.
"Some clients
use all of our services, some unbundle and use only a few. We are
ultimately interested in making sure our clients have access to the most
appropriate and cost effective services that answer their needs."
