Job Description:

As a Sales and Outreach Specialist for Local Bizzarro, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and securing exciting new projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Acquisition and Pitching:

  • Utilize your knowledge and network in the international advertising industry to identify and reach out to potential clients, including agencies and brands.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities and trends in the market.
  • Craft compelling pitches and presentations to showcase Local Bizzarro's capabilities and unique offerings.

2. Relationship Building:

  • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Engage in regular communication to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Network and attend industry events to build and maintain a strong professional network.

3. Project Management and Target Achievement:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from client acquisition to project execution.
  • Manage your workload efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic outreach efforts.

4. Language and Communication:

  • Fluent in English, with a preference for candidates with proficiency in Italian.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and through written correspondence.

5. Sustainability Focus:

  • Appreciation for sustainability initiatives and a willingness to incorporate eco-friendly practices into client discussions where relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field within the advertising, film, or video production industry.
