WHAT WERE WE TRYING TO PROVE?

Truth Seekers is a must-watch supernatural horror-comedy TV series. 

THINK

Using the central idea of “things are not what they seem” we brought the supernatural horror-comedy show to life for key opinion formers in three ways; A global live streamed cast Q+A, a creative media mailer package, and an immersive influencer screening experience, all adhering to best in class COVID guidelines.

DELIVER

For the Truth Seekers global premiere event we hosted numerous talent from the show for a live Q&A about the series, hosted by EMPIRE’s Christ Hewitt, incorporating questions asked by the global media through live comments on the stream. High production live-stream technology was installed to ensure a seamless production and broadcast to the global audience.

We designed and produced media mailer packages that were delivered directly to recipients’ doors by immersive theatre actors who were briefed to bring themes from the show to life.  The packs contained various unique, money-can’t-buy items relating to the narrative of the show.

The final part of activity was for 25 social media influencers in HMS Darkside, the iconic ghost-hunting van that features in the series. Each influencer had an exclusive, solo viewing experience to ensure COVID best practice. The van was customised to create an immersive experience featuring a high-quality screen, speakers, lighting and seating for viewing of the first episode. Within the van there were challenges, scary surprises, and character actors brought the Truth Seekers world to life with a scripted narrative that engaged each guest with a personalised experience.

MAGNIFY

25 social media influencers and their guests were invited to capture their experience and share on their own social channels in the lead up to the TV series launch on Prime Video.

RESULTS

The HMS Darkside experience generated 23 Instagram posts and 160 Instagram stories, resulting in over 2.2million impressions, over 75,000 active engagements and over 1.7million story views.
