Toronto’s Zulu Alpha Kilo has once again had a great showing at Ad Age’s Small Agency of the year gala, being named International Agency of the Year gold. For the third year in a row, the agency led the way for most wins. Toronto’s Giant and Gentlemen also brought home silver for international agency of the year.
Ad Age Small Agency Awards is in its 14th year and celebrates the best and the brightest agencies. Winners are selected from more than 400 entries from the U.S. and globally. This year’s overall winner was Mojo Supermarket from New York.
Zulu has been a perennial winner since 2016 when it was the first non-US shop to win top honours in the history of the show. The agency went on to receive International Agency of the year honours in 2017, 2019 and 2021.
At the awards in Chicago on Wednesday night, Zulu also picked-up gold for campaign of the year: experiential for SingleCut Notes IPA and silver campaign of the year: pro bono for The Micropedia of Microaggressions, which has also won two Cannes Lions, a One Show Fusion pencil and a D&AD pencil. Both campaigns recently won three gold medals and a best of show at the Marketing Awards.
The Ad Age Small Agency Awards is open to independent agencies globally with up to 150 employees that have demonstrated smart strategies and innovative ideas for clients.
“We’re so thrilled to receive this honour once again. I’m so proud of our team and thankful for all our clients who allow us to do great work for their brands,” said Zak Mroueh, Zulu Founder and CCO.view more - Hires, Wins & BusinessZulu Alpha Kilo, Fri, 29 Jul 2022 01:07:14 GMT
