Four senior-level female positions will lead offices in Kansas City, Chicago, Cincinnati and Kalamazoo

VMYL&R Announces North American Leadership Positions
Today VMLY&R announced four senior-level female promotions and new office leads for its Kansas City, Chicago, Cincinnati and Kalamazoo offices. The announcement reflects the continuous capability evolution and momentum of VMLY&R’s growth.

Stephanie DeCelles has been promoted to managing director, client engagement and office lead for VMLY&R Kansas City. Since joining VMLY&R in 2012, DeCelles has brought a strategic focus, collaborative spirit and passion for the business that creates powerful work for her clients that has been recognized by Cannes, One Show, Effie and CLIO awards. Her client experience ranges from first-time advertisers to Fortune 500 companies, such as Gatorade, Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, Sprint, MetLife and Mars. Most recently, DeCelles spearheaded the team behind Bumble’s commercial in the 2019 Super Bowl featuring Serena Williams. DeCelles will continue to lead client teams in North America as well as ensuring one of VMLY&R’s flagship offices remains a strong heartbeat within the organization and in the wider community. 

Madeline (Nies) Larsen has been promoted to executive director and office lead for VMLY&R Chicago. Larsen joined the agency’s channel team in 2013, and most recently led the integrated strategy practice in Chicago. With more than 10 years of industry experience, Larsen has a diverse background of experience for multi brand, multimillion-dollar clients spanning CPG, travel and tourism, tech/mobile devices, and food and beverage, including Kraft-Heinz, MillerCoors, Motorola, Kellogg’s, Walgreens, Samsung, and Newell Brands, among others. In addition to building internal culture and existing client relationships, Larsen will be responsible for growing Chicago’s book of business.

Rebecca Rooy has been promoted to managing director, client engagement, and business lead for VMLY&R Kalamazoo. Joining VMLY&R in 2007, Rooy has served as business lead for multiple B2B and B2C accounts, collaborating with client teams for strategic growth. Rooy has played a key role with client partners, including Kellogg, GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, Vi Living, Tyson Foodservice, Watts and General Dynamics. With roots in CRM and loyalty, Rooy taps into data-driven methodologies to cultivate a connected customer experience in partnership with brand teams. In her new role, Rooy will continue to lead client teams, driving results and empowering an environment rich in exploration, collaboration and innovation to solve business challenges. 

Jana Roszkowski has been promoted to managing director, advisory, and office lead for VMLY&R Cincinnati.  Since joined the agency in 2011, Roszkowski has a unique background in both account management, program management and operations. In a career spanning more than 15 years, Roszkowski has worked across numerous clients, including Royal Caribbean, Procter & Gamble, Mars, and Ford.  In her new role, Roszkowski will be tasked with facilitating business development efforts, activating multi discipline teams, managing clients and building relationships with interagency teams to deliver best-in-class work to clients for the Cincinnati office.
