Linda joins as new Senior Business Affairs Consultant
Talent Partners, the leader in talent and production support services for more than 750 agency and advertiser clients representing 1,500 brands, has tapped Linda Mysel as Senior Business Affairs Consultant.   The addition of the twenty-five plus year industry veteran comes on the heels of a major investment to fuel the company’s growth by The Carlyle Group.  The announcement was made today by Paul Muratore, President and CEO of Talent Partners.

Ms. Mysel is joining Talent Partners with over two decades’ worth of experience in production, cost accounting and business affairs.  Amongst her history of client expertise includes her twenty-plus year work with the Procter & Gamble Productions property, “Guiding Light,” television’s longest-running daytime drama.  At “Guiding Light,” Mysel was responsible for creating all studio and location below-the-line budgets, ensuring cost-effective union production, managing all studio audits conducted by Procter & Gamble Productions and CBS, and more.   Mysel began her journey with “Guiding Light” in the studio while working at EUE/Screen Gems, which facilitated the daytime drama.  Additionally, Mysel worked in the corporate office at TeleNext Media where she supervised the budget for “Guiding Light” as well as other PGP properties including The People’s Choice Awards and Movies of the Week.

In her new role at Talent Partners, Mysel will continue to nurture her long-time relationship with Procter & Gamble by providing them and their agencies with business affairs consultation and estimates, as well as direction on all on matters.  Her day-to-day with Procter & Gamble will also include administration of their celebrity agreements.

“Linda’s extensive experience will work to serve our clients in the best way possible,” stated Paul Muratore.  “Her twenty plus year experience at “Guiding Light” will ensure that our Procter & Gamble entertainment brands will have an extremely qualified veteran on their side, making sure their business runs smoothly.”

Recently, Talent Partners announced that global asset management giant, The Carlyle Group, was making a major investment in the company.  A game changer for the industry, Carlyle’s investment is earmarked to grow Talent Partners’ increasingly technology-based offerings to the industry in its core U.S. market, and to fuel the fast-expansion of its global footprint, an effort that will enhance all Talent Partners clientele.

“I feel lucky to continue to work with Procter & Gamble while joining the incredibly multifaceted Talent Partners team,” adds Mysel.  “I have a tremendous admiration for Paul and the organization and look forward to contributing to its growth and firepower.”
