The Institute of Creative Advertising and Design (ICAD) has appointed Kasia Oźmin as president, and Sarah Chadwick as vice president, alongside executive director Neil Rooney.

ICAD is Ireland’s longest standing creative organisation representing the best of Ireland’s Advertising, Design and Production industries. The non-profit, membership led body is known for its commitment to fostering, promoting, and rewarding creativity.

Kasia Oźmin is the founder & creative director of Together We Create. Her career started in New York at Red Antler, Mother and Anomaly working with clients like Apple, Star Wars and Vanity Fair. Since returning to Ireland, Kasia has immersed herself in the Irish creative industry, lecturing at IADT, judging various shows, mentoring Upstarts and filling her shelf with awards including ICAD Gold and Kinsale Sharks Studio of the Year. She joined the ICAD Executive Board in 2022.

She said, “I took this role knowing that ICAD represents a hugely creative and ambitious bunch of people. Through new strategic collaborations and initiatives our goal is to champion our members even more effectively.”

Freelance producer Sarah Chadwick joins Kasia as vice president. In 2022 Sarah set up her business, Clickety Clack after nine years with Boys + Girls, where work was awarded at D&AD, Cannes Lions, as well as ICADs. She’s produced for almost every agency and brand in town. Sarah joined the Executive Board two years ago.

Kasia and Sarah were instrumental in ICAD’s success in 2023, alongside outgoing-president Nathan Reilly. He said, "As we usher in a new era at ICAD, I'm thrilled about the dynamic trio of Kasia, Sarah and Neil leading the charge. Their combined passion and expertise are a recipe for success, and I'm confident they'll guide ICAD to new creative horizons. Here's to the next chapter!"

The pair are joined by ICAD’s executive director, Neil Rooney, formerly of the Movember Foundation to deliver programmes and drive collaborations that benefit members both professionally and personally, while advancing the Irish creative industry as a whole.

With the Irish Audio Awards, EDAs, Creative Shorts, ICADemy, Upstarts Programme and Exhibition, as well as ICAD’s 66th Awards, planned for 2024, Kasia said, “I’m looking forward to the collective support in creating ICAD’s next chapter. It’s going to be a great year.”
