Ember teams up with Dyson to showcase the new Supersonic hair dryer.
“We wanted to demonstrate the power and precision of the dryer’s airflow with its amplified high-velocity jet in a non-conventional way” says director Jonathan Jones (Ember Films). Using a street artist and swapping spray for black sand we created a mural of a woman’s face on the ground that revealed the campaigns call to action. The use of new magnetic styling attachments allowed the artist to create unique and detailed shapes in the sand. The diffuser dispersed air more evenly while the styling concentrator created a high velocity blade of air.
The project was captured in 8k and post produced by Ember live on set for the quick turnaround.
