Iris Appoints Benita Meswania as Global Chief People Officer

Iris Worldwide, the global creative network, has today announced the appointment of Benita Meswania as global chief people officer, as it seeks to redefine and elevate its people offering in line with the agency’s growth ambitions and client proposition to be The Participation Agency.

With 18 years of experience in talent roles, the majority spent within the Accenture Network, Benita’s achievements include helping Accenture Song shape its operating model through a creative lens and leading HR for Droga5 during a period of challenge and growth.

Most recently, she was global chief people officer at Plus Company, where she led talent strategy across a network of 30+ agencies with 3,000+ employees.

In her new role at Iris, Benita will develop a new global value proposition for Iris talent, leveraging what makes the network unique and creating new strategies for succession, career development, learning, affinity and engagement. 

Based in the UK, she will report to Iris’ chair, Ian Millner, and lead a team of 20+ HR professionals. 

The appointment is part of a strategic re-globalisation of the business, putting senior talent at the centre to drive the business forward in key growth areas.
