While the majority of brands continue to speak to the measures they are taking during Covid-19, HomeEquity Bank is reminding Canadians how important their homes are.
The CHIP Reverse Mortgage brand has always been about helping Canadian retirees stay ‘in the home they love.’ The new uplifting message is being shared across TV, digital channels, and Social Media.
“We wanted to do something different and bring a smile to people’s faces during these times,” says Yvonne Ziomecki, executive vice president, marketing and sales. “Our homes have never been more important to us than they are right now, and we wanted to celebrate the joy that they bring.”
The commercial pairs internet videos showing people from all walks of life having fun in their homes by dancing, singing, staying fit, creating obstacle challenges, and playing games. The conclusion of the spot goes on to say “Our homes are everything. Live in the home you love.” In addition to the ads, HomeEquity Bank is also developing a series of Facebook Live videos to show other ways the people can thrive from within their homes. The mini content series is expected to begin in May.
