Fact & Fiction Hires Andrea Cruz as Head of Account Service

Boulder-based creative content shop Fact & Fiction has announced the hire of Andrea Cruz, head of account service. In this new role, Cruz will help guide account discipline across all of the agency’s clients, which include AAA, New Belgium/Voodoo Ranger, and HaloTop.

She brings incredible client experience to Fact & Fiction, including work on brands we love, including YETI, Shiner, Lyft, Waterloo, and Howler Brothers,” says Kyle Taylor, founding partner at Fact & Fiction. “She demonstrates great knowledge and understanding of what creates a great brand, she is an excellent communicator, and we know she will help lead our clients to the success they deserve.”

With over 14 years of experience, Cruz comes to Fact & Fiction from McGarrah Jessee, where she rose from account executive to group brand director. Her past client work translates well to Fact & Fiction’s roster, and in her new role she will help foster existing client relationships while cultivating new business.

Cruz assumed her new role in March, and will be relocating to Boulder from Austin, TX in the coming months.
