Halo Top has named Fact & Fiction as its social agency of record as the brand seeks to build a stronger connection with consumers on digital platforms. Fact & Fiction has taken over responsibilities for social strategy, creative, content production, community management, analytics and more.
Halo Top, known for its wide-ranging collection of premium light ice cream and desserts that people can feel good about eating, selected the agency following a competitive review. This win marks an expansion of the relationship between Fact & Fiction and Halo Top’s parent company, Wells Enterprises, as the agency has worked on several brands including Blue Ribbon Classics and The Cheesecake Factory At Home ice cream.
“The Better For You category is a crowded one, and there's all too often a lot of pressure to eat well all the time. Ice cream is supposed to be fun, and we wanted to keep it that way – uplift instead of apply pressure. So we wanted to ensure we create social content that reflected our optimistic outlook while looking as premium as our ice cream. Fact & Fiction was exactly the right partner to do just that” said Chelsea Parker, senior brand manager for Halo Top.
