CIBC Introduces Percy the Penguin to Promote Aventura Benefits

CIBC Aventura has released a new campaign to promote three new benefits to its premium cards: complimentary lounge visits with Priority Pass, NEXUS application fee rebate and mobile device Insurance, promising cardholders a smooth travel experience.

Building on the success of the 2018 relaunch of Aventura as The Traveller’s Travel Card, the new work builds on this core promise. Knowing that Aventura cardholders see themselves as travellers who want to make the most of their travel journey, the three new features were specifically designed to reinforce this strong positioning and its unique offering in the travel card category.

In the new campaign, Percy the penguin and his family experience an upgraded airport visit and the benefit of having a card with mobile device insurance, to demonstrate that CIBC Aventura allows travellers to maximise their travel from beginning to end.

The campaign includes TV, OLV, OOH, newspaper, digital, social as well as Banking Centre communications.
