Brand New Galaxy Appoints Anna Panczyk to Chair BNG Supervisory Board

Anna Panczyk is to become chairwoman of the Supervisory Board as part of the international development and growth including strategic group investments and global partnerships. Anna will lead the Board that consists of Brand New Galaxy investors and industry experts. She will also work closely with the Management Board.

Prior to that for several years Anna served as CEO of a leading WPP creative advertising agencies - Grey Poland and Grey London. She started her professional career at Saatchi & Saatchi, then for several years she co-created and managed as CEO the independent agency Change Integrated, and then in 2015 Anna joined the WPP group as Chief Executive Officer of Grey Poland, where she won all the most important industry titles, including the title of the Agency of the Year (MMP), Effectiveness of the Year (Press Poland) and AdWoman 2018. In 2019 Anna moved to London to lead the flagship WPP creative agency - Grey London and was recognized as one of the 100 key people in advertising according to Campaign UK magazine as part of "The first A List of the 2020s", the same year she was also invited to join the IPA Council. 

Presence of Anna Panczyk as chairwoman of this Supervisory Board is to strengthen board’s involvement in corporate governance and in championing both e-commerce and digital transformation, as well as diversity and further international business growth. With Anna’s leadership, the Supervisory Board will be more involved in the BNG strategic development plans, as well as in closer cooperation with the BNG Management Board.

The change in the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board will take place on 01st February, and Piotr Morkowski, who remains in the management structures of BNG, will be even more involved in cooperation with the Management Boards of individual BNG entities.
