Beata Golubińska Joins Brand New Galaxy as Chief Performance and Capability Officer

Beata Golubińska has joined Brand New Galaxy as chief performance and capability officer. She is expected to work with the BNG Management team on operationalising key transformation processes and supporting media scope offering revamp.

Beata is an experienced top-level manager known for transforming business processes in Coca-Cola, Starcom, Publicis Media, Media Impact and Ringier Axel Springer.

She has been involved in building the Polish advertising market since its inception and recognised as one of the 50 most influential women in advertising in Poland. Beata gained her experience working on the advertising agency/media house side, advertiser side and digital publisher side. Throughout her professional career she was an active member of the Association of Marketing Communication SAR, Effie Awards Organizing Committee, the chamber of the Marketing Director of the Year competition, and a member of the IAA board.

​Outside of her professional achievements, Beata is a wife and mother, a vegetarian, and practices Ayurveda. She is also passionate about the development of equestrian sports.
