BetMGM Launches Its First ‘BetMGM Residency’ with Craig David at the Cheltenham Festival

Today, BetMGM brought the entertainment to racegoers on Gold Cup Day at the Cheltenham Festival as UK R&B legend and global music icon, Craig David, took to the stage to launch the BetMGM Residency.  

Working closely with brand value agency, Boldspace, this surprise performance, on the same day as the BetMGM County Hurdle, ensured the brand marked its Cheltenham Festival debut in style.

As fans made their way into the festival on its showpiece day, they were surprised to see David perform a DJ set from a bespoke BetMGM Golden Stage.  

This surprise performance emphasises BetMGM's ongoing commitment to providing unique and entertaining experiences to fans, after it recently landed giant golden darts around Cardiff and Brighton city centres to celebrate its headline sponsorship of the PDC Premier League.

Commenting on his performance, Craig David, said, “It was great vibes performing at the BetMGM Golden Residency Stage at the Cheltenham Festival today. The atmosphere was hot, and it was great to give racegoers another surprise on one of the biggest days in the horse racing calendar.”
