We were delighted to play our part in bringing a tear to the nation’s eye this week with our work on Supervalu’s ‘Share the Magic’ new Christmas ad campaign, Windmill Lane was set with the task of creating a flying digital double of Deermuid the deer to cover those “how did they get the deer to do that?” moments of magic
With just three weeks to pull this together post shoot, it was a truly heroic effort by Graham Gallagher (Guardians of the Galaxy, Jungle Book, My Little Pony) and his entire creature team

Windmill Lane Digital creates interactive advertising campaigns for web based platforms and designs/produces applications (Apps) for iphone & Android and mobile slate devices. No.4 & Slate Audio Studios provide fully integrated Pro-tools sound facilities for feature films, television programmes, TV Drama and Commercials. In addition to post production services Windmill Lane also supplies SD / HD TV camera crews.
Windmill’s experienced data wranglers have high speed workflow paths for all formats – from film (35mm & 16mm), to videotape or file based data files including Red, Arri Alexa, Phantom, Cineform. Other services include digital deliverables including videotape, TX transmission clones, HDCAM SR, Digibeta, HDV, Mpeg, Quicktime, DPX, Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs), DVD authoring in our MCR and Digital Media Departments.
