Party Poker invited us to revitalise their brand and connect with the Esports community via Twitch. Covert had the pleasure of working closely with the brand to design and create the world’s first floating gaming city, a complete channel branding refresh and a robust suite of broadcast assets. With the success of the platform, the studio developed the city further, adding additional locations to host tournaments, Party Poker NFT’s and more.
Before it was a necessity, we made it a choice. At Covert, we chose to tread off the beaten path, explore beyond the confines of traditional workspaces and dive headlong into the boundless possibilities of the remote work realm. It wasn’t an adaptation to a global pandemic; it was a deliberate, forward-thinking decision made with a daring spirit and creative foresight. Covert, now a globally spread team of imaginative creatives, accomplished artists, and prodigious producers, boomed from this audacious move.
Our decision to go remote not only gave us the freedom to tap into talents without geographical limitations but also allowed us to foster a work culture that values outcomes over office hours, brilliance over bureaucracy, and creativity over cubicles.
