At this point you’ve probably heard of NFTs— the one-of-a-kind digital collectibles that hold value as forms of art or culture... and as forms of cryptocurrency. An NFT is unique and can't be exchanged like-for-like (hence, non-fungible). All the proceeds went directly to the James Beard Foundation to support restaurants that were affected by the pandemic. We captured content and stills of the bird being cooked, as well as handled the NFT development.
