White Ribbon "Day After Day"
White Ribbon's PSA "Day After Day" is the latest collaboration of editor Michelle Czukar and director Hubert Davis.
The film shows us a man buckling under the stresses of lockdown life. We hear his voice saying that he feels "trapped" and has "no way out". Then we switch to his partner's perspective who uses the same words to describe her current state. She, like many women across the country, is taking the brunt of her partner's negative emotions as a pattern of abusive behaviour. Day...After...Day.
This PSA is a call to action for men to reject gender-based violence and commit to change. We're so proud to have been a small part of this campaign and in spreading awareness.
