Challenge: Provide engaging marketing and design support for the client’s annual employee conference
Realia has supported Polygon’s International Management conferences around the world since 2015. In 2019 the conference was held in Copenhagen, Denmark and attracted 200 employees. The theme for this conference was ‘Winning Together’ – introducing the concept that Polygon can become the best damage restoration company in the industry, as a result of collective efforts. The underlying goal was to inspire country management teams to strive for continuous improvement in every area, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Using dynamic and engaging creative, Realia translated this concept into 140 different conference items. The imagery featured real Polygon employees and in some cases their extraordinary stories. Posters were displayed across the venue, as well as arc walkthroughs, zipper display walls, roller banners, hotel room door hangers, menu cards and notebooks. A prominent feature was a large sport running track, placed on the floor in the venue lobby, to welcome attendees. Realia delivered everything required in just over two months, whilst still maintaining business as usual integrated marketing services for Polygon’s 13 countries.
