OPG: Darlington Refurbishment

How do you tell the story of the importance of refurbishing the Darlington Nuclear Station? Simple, you go into the core of the reactor (or in this case the training simulator), turn it into a giant light bright and, with the help of thousands of LED lights, show the impact that the refurbishment will have on all Ontarians.
