The video explores what gives people strength, helps them escape, makes them feel good about themselves. Shot in B&W there is a stylised beauty to this raw and upbeat high octane film.

'For this video i wanted to explore the different rituals people have to find confidence. Whether its through exercise, through religion or through skateboarding. Everyone has a thing that makes them, them . We met some really interesting characters on the shoot, and as different as they seemed on paper, it was fascinating to see how similar they actually were, in their focus and dedication to their 'ritual'.'
