Frontify, the leading provider of brand management software, has partnered with Zoopla, the second largest property website in the UK, as a strategic in-house, time-saving hub and part of its rebrand process.
Zoopla wanted to create a brand that was more inclusive, friendlier, and would visualize the "twists and turns" of buying or renting a new home. This reimagined homeowner experience now offers its customers the skills, knowledge, and insight to find, buy, sell, and rent homes in a seamless customer and brand experience.
Richard Houston, director of consumer marketing, Zoopla, says: “People in the UK are obsessed with their homes, and spend most of their time at home, so I thought it was an interesting starting point to think about a design system that represented that; something that was a mix of head and heart, was warm and accessible and constantly growing and adapting to fit the needs of our users and customers. And Frontify allowed us to do just that.”
The rebrand included a new brand identity, logo, typeface, and graphic system so when the team reached out to Frontify, they detailed Zoopla's need for having multiple brand guidelines and capability to integrate to their design and CMS tools and the platform delivered on all fronts.
“Frontify has become our one hub for all the valuable assets we have to get people up and running,” continues Houston. “It’s that appetite to really get hands on and get creating that has shown what a success it has become internally. It allows people to create more independently without having to troll through a 200-page PDF and is really rewarding to bring this sense of ownership within the building.”
