Zhao Zhang, lead data strategist, Imagination London, is on this year's judging panel for The IPA Effectiveness Awards.
Every two years, The IPA Effectiveness Awards celebrate and showcase communications agencies, media owners or advertisers that successfully prove that their work achieved outstanding results.
Entries to the IPA Effectiveness Awards, said to be the most rigorous competition of its kind worldwide, are first evaluated by a panel of industry and technical specialist judges, who are responsible for shortlisting the entries and providing commentaries from a technical perspective, before final consideration by the client judging panel.
Entries close on the 31st of March with the Awards Ceremony and Dinner taking place in October as part of EffWeek 2020.
Zhao leads the data and insights team at Imagination. He sets up strategic development of data analytics and measurement models around connected brand experiences for the company and clients globally, including: Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, MasterCard and Canon.
With an academic background in computing science and working as a creative strategist in his early career, he understands how to connect the data and the worlds of marketing and creative.
