1stAveMachine has launched a fun new YouTube spot for Barclays, created by The Martin Agency.
Engineer turned director Bob Partington created a Rube Goldberg machine that would activate the skip ad button on a YouTube pre-roll, so the 'skip ad' button becomes a practical element within the shot.
Bob - as an expert on these mechanical structures - actually designed the full system, with Will Field and the team at Anarchy building the final piece. The film was shot by Ed Wild.
