YELL BKK's Virtual Meeting is a Show Like No Other

The Covid-19 outbreak has had a significant impact all over the world. Since this pandemic is not a fast passing phenomenon which will not be put to an end in the near future, most parts in the business are inevitably reconcile to what have to be changed and done while continually remaining the business forward. 

Mentioning about business, YELL BKK as an independent agency, where we have had a strong intimate connection with several local clients and partners, also affected directly by this pandemic. All the meeting, face-to-face and other activities within distance are prohibited, which turn the business to held everything through tons of conference calls and remote working. 

Since the corporate communication which plays an important role to our success was currently limited by the aftermath of this circumstance, we, as an independent agency comes up with the new plan before everything turns to boredom routine.

Today, YELL BKK starts assembling many different processes to cope with this crisis of accessible limitation to certain activities. Instead of standing still dealing to defend, we take a step forward and work in collaboration with internal teams to find the best solution for our business by turning a whole-new chapter of business presentation into a live TV Show! We pulled together across all the significant working experiences and find a better way to make this project happen. 

By creating this way of presentation, we aim to provide a new and better experience for our client just like watching a show directly from a live stage hosting by our agency. As social distancing protocols have kept people apart physically, we intent to deliver a more efficient message through this way as well as create a positive performing of participation between agency and clients.​

Dissara Udomdej, chief creative officer at YELL BKK, mentions: “This is one of our big trial project. We want to come up with a new way of delivering the message with the used of broadcasting technology where people from anywhere can see this real-time presentation just like watching a TV Show from their own place. Nowadays, the innovation of technology is rapidly develop and since that, we take this opportunity as a beneficial conception to apply to this project. Believing in its features, technology will definitely becomes a fundamental part of our business in helping simplify communication and other business structures the future.”

The successful outcome from this project proves that we can now deliver a new yet more effective way than those usual conference call by gathering less people. It is very important to grow ourselves for the world in the with-COVID-19 era.
