Xenopsi Adds Paul Nelson as Managing Director

XenoPsi, a digital first marketing consultancy, announced that Paul Nelson, former Havas SA-owned Arnold Worldwide executive vice president and managing director, has joined the company as managing director of its marketing and advertising division.

Paul joins XenoPsi after 27 years at Arnold, where he most recently managed that agency’s Jack Daniel’s global portfolio of brands. He also brings experience in consumer packaged goods, public health, tobacco control and automotive categories to XenoPsi.

XenoPsi founder and president MichaelAaron Flicker said: “I am excited to welcome Paul to the XenoPsi team. His track record, depth of CPG, beverage alcohol, and behavioural science experience makes him an ideal thought leader to help build on the successes we’ve had this past year. His deep skillset leading and managing teams will be an incredible asset as we continue to scale XenoPsi, which has grown by over 30% in the last 12 months to now over 100 employees.”

Paul said: “XenoPsi was founded 24 years ago as a computer programming company, and over the years has transformed itself into a full-service marketing growth agency with a proven track record in scaling brands for clients as well as creating a number of owned and operated brands which are successfully thriving in the market. It is truly a unique company in our industry and I look forward to being part of its next stage of growth.”
