In the first piece of the Become launch campaign for Halo Infinite from Xbox and 215 McCann, 'Step Inside' signals the triumphant return of The Master Chief. In the film, we witness his iconic armour beautifully crafted and assembled in the depths of space, however, it is clear something is missing.

Cortana, The Master Chief’s trusted AI partner, describes how all the technological wonder of the Mjolnir armor is meaningless until the right hero steps inside. This film was directed by Patrick Clair, who’s most known for receiving an Emmy nomination, on the title sequences for Westworld. His latest creation serves as the invitation for Halo fans, old and new, to don The Master Chief’s armour, assume his mantle, and Become.


'Step Inside' serves as the opening to Microsoft’s much-anticipated Xbox Games Showcase event, on 23rd July. After the streaming event, 'Step Inside' will be supported by paid media, on social and digital channels. It is the first element in the Become campaign to launch Halo Infinite.
