World Producers Summit Returns to Adfest 2018

ADFEST will once again host the World Producers Summit at ADFEST 2018 – an exclusive summit for production executives chaired by Steve Davies, Chief Executive of the Advertising Producers Association (APA) and Executive Vice President of the Commercial Film Producers of Europe (CFPE).

The 2018 World Producers Summit is open to just 40 production-related companies (including production, post-production shops, sound and special effects companies), owners and executive producers, with only one representative per company permitted.

“Our industry is evolving and globalizing at a rapid pace, so it’s never been more important for production executives to share intelligence and gain valuable insights from each other. There’s so much we can learn from finding out how different markets are exploiting new opportunities or responding to challenges. I encourage all leading production company owners and executives to attend,” says Davies.

The World Producers Summit also takes place in Cannes every June and is run by the AICP, CFPE and APA. Its mission is to convene a series of forums for the global community of motion image producers, with the goal of finding solutions to common issues. The forum will help connect producers in the Asia Pacific and Middle East to the global production community.

The World Producers Summit will take place on Thursday 22nd March 2018, 12:15pm to 2:30pm at the PEACH Royal Cliff Resort in Pattaya, Thailand.

To attend, you must be a registered delegate of ADFEST 2018, and you must be an owner or Executive Producer of an “independent” commercial production company, post-production company or music & sound company. Agency subsidiaries are not eligible.
