Rich Silverstein answers to nobody. And that nobody could be you.

Rich Silverstein, the co-founder of the world respected ad agency Goodby Silverstein & Partners is generally regarded for striking fear in all creatives. He's unabashed, has ridiculously high standards and very little patience. 

As you can imagine, finding an executive assistant to sit in front of him each day can be a daunting task. It takes a certain kind of person to handle it. And unfortunately for Goodby Silverstein & Partners, his current assistant is leaving. 

This morning GBS+P created a Craigslist posting for the job that leads to the website work4rich.com that hosts a series of impossible tasks applicants are asked to complete. In the end, the final candidates will have a Google Hangout with Rich on Sept 6.
