Work Club, the digital and social agency, has created Ballantine’s Loud Blue, a platform that allows you to Leave an Impression through music in a unique and creative way.
Ballantine’s believe in the power of personal expression. Loud Blue is the next instalment to the Scotch whisky brand’s Leave An Impression campaign, providing a simple and easy way to create beautiful music through Instagram. It uses an algorithm to analyse data from your photograph to trigger different musical genres and sounds in order to create music that represents the image itself. The result is a unique and sharable photo-track.
The platform works by users taking an Instagram photo, tagging it #LoudBlue, sharing it to Twitter, which they will then automatically receive a link back from @loudblue to their unique piece of music.
Designed to be rolled out across multiple local markets over the next two years, Ballantine’s Loud Blue is first launching this November in Brazil in partnership with local DJ duo Felguk.
Felguk have not only offered their unique sounds to the Ballantine’s Loud Blue algorithm, but will also produce a song sampling users’ Loud Blue photo-track creations, inspired by the photographic theme “My Brazil”.
The entire project and partnership will be celebrated at a live event where Felguk will premiere their special Ballantine’s Loud Blue track to their fans.
