Wonderhood Studios Appoints Ben Edwards and Guy Hobbs as Joint ECDs

Wonderhood Studios has appointed creative duo Ben Edwards & Guy Hobbs as the agency’s first executive creative directors.

In their new role, Ben and Guy will oversee the creative output across the agency’s client roster, working closely with co-founder & CCO Aidan McClure.

Ben & Guy join from BBH London where they’ve been for the past three years. During their time there, they sent a Samsung phone into space with #SpaceSelfie, used AR to put Tinie Tempah on a Burger King Whopper, and made four Tesco ads in six weeks during lockdown, helping the brand win an IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix. On the third anniversary of the Grenfell disaster, Ben & Guy created the powerful 72 Remembered campaign for Justice4Grenfell, with the 72 victim’s names forming a powerful typographic reminder that justice has still not been served.

Prior to BBH, Ben & Guy were at FCBInferno where they worked on BMW, Barnardo’s, the award-winning Pay It Forward campaign for Big Issue and This Girl Can for Sport England. They’ve won an array of creative awards along the way, including gold Cannes Lions, D&AD pencils and a Grand Prix at Eurobest.
