Women in Music Invites The Elements Music, Dann Liebermann to Join Inaugural Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program, led by WIM president, Nicole Barsalona, VP, Moira McCarthy and Board Member of Women in Music, Bridget Perdomo, invites women whose professional achievements, positive contributions to promoting equality in the industry and overall support of fellow women in music, to dedicate time to what they are passionate about within the core initiatives that reflects the mission and values of the organization.

Executive producer and head of creative partnerships at The Elements Music, Dann is passionate about her commitment to supporting women in music. Returning to work in music for media over 5yrs ago as a single parent of two girls, Dann knows first hand how hard it can be to rebuild your career as a woman in the industry. 

“It’s truly an honour to be invited to join this incredible program as an inaugural member. It was a huge challenge returning to work after taking time out to have my girls, trying to find a healthy work/life balance and navigating industry bias wasn’t easy. But I’m lucky, I had an incredible team who championed me and drowned out the imposter voices holding me back from reaching my full potential. So if anyone’s reading this thinking, ‘that’s me’, my door is always open.” Dann adds “I’m a huge fan of WIM and the kick ass women who run it!”
