The annual award in memory of co-founder and sister of UNiDAYS CEO who sadly passed away this year

Josh Rathour, founder of UNiDAYS, established the award scheme this year to celebrate the memory and legacy of his sister and company co-founder Situl Bains. The peer nominated awards were designed to recognise outstanding contribution and leadership at UNiDAYS. Team members were asked to nominate colleagues who consistently demonstrated a willingness to carry out their work to an exceedingly high standard whilst looking to improve, innovate and drive meaningful change. Each inspirational winner has shown drive, focus and commanded a high level of trust and credibility by building strong relationships throughout the company.

The 220 strong global team at UNiDAYS submitted their nominations and the recipients were chosen by a panel consisting of Josh Rathour (CEO and founder), Caroline Abercrombie (VP people), Matt Atkinson (non-exec chairman) and Mira Magecha (non-exec director).

“We received nominations from every level in the business, the winners are well deserved as they strive to continually improve, innovate and drive meaningful change. Each continually inspire and challenge those around them to ensure the best possible outcome. Situl had all of these qualities and she would be so proud to see her legacy live on.” Josh Rathour, CEO and founder, UNiDAYS
