Geometry wins Agency of the Year with Fantastica winning Best Independent Agency

Winners of the 2019 Festival ElDorado Announced
Since 2012, Festival ElDorado has been celebrating creativity that solves real business challenges. In the belief that creativity is the one force that can inspire change in behaviour and in belief, in business and in life, the Festival puts a spotlight on creativity across a number of disciplines. Each year, the event gathers the most brilliant minds from creative industries all over the world. 

At the end of its 8th year, Festival ElDorado announced the winners after four intense days of judging from Susan Hoffman, Pablo del Campo, Carlos Bayala, Fernando Vega Olmos y Juan Carlos Ortiz. 'ElDorado Naranja', created by Mincultur in its first year has a great future ahead, according to the jury.

Like previous years, the event was supported by Invest in Bogota. 'Geometry' was crowned Agency of the Year, whilst 'Fantastic' was established as an Independent Agency. 'UN/UNDP' was awarded Advertiser of the Year. ‘El mambo se arrienda’ from DDB won a Grand Prix in Creative Effectiveness. Whilst 'The Young Golds', in the digital category working for ODS in circular economy also stood out, winning a Grand Prix and one Gold and one Silver medal.

At this years festival, the Special Awards shone. The Chamber of Commerce Award for Innovation and Construction of Peace, won with Products for Peace, created for 'UN/UNDP'A. They received the Grand Prix for Good along with three golds. 
 
Within the running of the festival, the Cannes Lions programs in Latin America took place during Saturday and Sunday along with The Creative Academy, directed by Bob Isherwood and the Women’s Mentoring and Emotion Program ‘See it Be it’. Monday and Tuesday were dedicated to seminars at the Modern Gymnasium Auditorium.
