Wim Wenders dramatic finale of the ‘Paused By’ campaign for Jil Sander has arrived.

“The Lake” is the final film to be released in the ongoing collaboration between Wim Wenders, 2AM and luxury fashion brand Jil Sander through agency Beuro Swiss.

They created a set of five surprising and provocative films released over a five month period to coincide with the launch of the Jil Sander Spring/Summer 2018 collection.

The films can be read as being the beginning, middle or end of a movie, all intentionally and abruptly ‘Paused’ at a decisive moment.  

Shot on location in and around Berlin and accompanied by an exclusive soundtrack composed by Laurent Petitgand, the set of films, which were written and directed by Wim Wenders connect the past, present and future of the Jil Sander brand.

‘The Lake’ is the last film from the series and has an intensely dramatic and suspenseful ending. What happens next
