Will Kindrick’s short film 'STORM' has won Best Sci Fi Short at the Oscar-Qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival.
Directed by Will Kindrick and starring John Bubniak and Corey Potter, the film premiered earlier this year at the Tribeca Film Festival and follows the story of a young man who is accidentally launched through a series of turbulent splash portals when his government enforced dating app malfunctions in his bathtub. Will is an award-winning filmmaker, artist and LA native, known for his unique blend of fantastical worlds and emotional storytelling.
The HollyShorts Festival showcases the best and brightest short films from around the globe produced in 40 minutes or less.
