It’s the question on everyone’s lips. Will England exit?

The campaign trail is hotting up around Soho, with the sound industry’s finest standing loud and proud in support of England staying in - the Euros that is!

Forget Brexit – let’s face it, we need something else to talk about – this summer Grand Central Recording Studios will be pledging their allegiance to Roy Hodgson’s crusade and taking to the rooftops of Great Marlborough Street to back team England.

Declaring the only borders we need be concerned about are those on the football pitch, GCRS will be hosting a summer of sport – not politics – on its well loved roof terrace, part of the seventh storey studio space The Lofts, that opened in 2015.

Kicking off on the 13th June, the roof terrace will be open from 13:30 for the group stages, with the highlight of the first week being England versus Wales on Thursday 16th June 2016 a pivotal group match for the two home nations. GCRS’s #EuroOnTheRoof events will run throughout the 2016 UEFA European Championship with live screenings of midweek games and plenty of treats to keep thirsts quenched and appetites sated.

We are big fans of the beautiful game here at GCRS, so it’s only right we dedicate the coming weeks to supporting England all the way. Our rooftop bar will be the hottest spot in town to catch the games, so we would urge London to make sure their voices heard with us this summer.”
