Why Buster The Boxer Can’t Get Excited About John Lewis’s 2017 Festive Ad
John Lewis’ 2017 Christmas commercial was released today and the star of the show was an imaginary monster named Moz

But, do you remember last year and the story of Buster the boxer dog and his trampolining antics? Well, he’s back and he’s not best pleased. He’s the central point of this film for Stop Funding Hate, which came out merely hours after today’s John Lewis commercial. 

The premise of the film is that Buster can’t enjoy this year’s John Lewis ad because the brand, along with Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S, still advertises in newspapers such as the Daily Express and the Daily Mail, which the cause claims “spread fear and division”.
