Whitney Fishman Joins iProspect as EVP, Head of Innovation

Whitney joins the US team from her previous role as group director, consumer insights and innovation at GroupM

iProspect US announced today the appointment of Whitney Fishman as EVP, head of innovation. In this role, Whitney will focus on developing innovation plans across client teams and educating on the role of technology in driving consumer behaviour. She will report to Danielle Gonzales, chief executive officer, iProspect, North America as part of the iProspect US executive leadership team as the agency’s first head of innovation. Whitney will primarily focus on infusing innovation in the iProspect business and across client work. She will also serve as an industry thought leader partnering closely with innovation leads across dentsu to build leading-edge strategic partnerships and shared best practices in emerging technology as the network that’s built for what’s next.

Whitney brings nearly two decades of experience driving innovation results, most recently serving as group director, consumer insights and innovation at GroupM where she built best-in-class programs to guide and educate clients and teams in the emerging media space. Throughout her career, Whitney has worked across high-profile brands such as Marriott, Church & Dwight, Colgate-Palmolive, IKEA, L’Oréal and Tiffany & Co. to build awareness around innovation in AI, web3, virtual reality, augmented reality, social commerce, and more. She is also part of Forbes’ 2013 Class of 30 under 30 Honourees.

As iProspect’s first innovation lead in the US, Whitney joins the recently evolved iProspect US executive leadership team alongside Rachel Starr, EVP head of planning, and Michelle Snodgrass, EVP head of strategy, both promoted in August 2022, and Alex Norman, EVP, head of growth. The strategically redesigned leadership team serves to evolve the iProspect offering to effectively navigate clients through ever-changing media and consumer landscapes while accelerating growth at the intersection of brand and performance.
