Creative, insight-led digital marketing agency, 'we are:london', today unveils its new name, 'we are experience.' The change is in line with the agency’s recent growth and renewed focus on a multi-platform approach to enhance the consumer brand experience.
The name, we are experience, points to the breadth of the agency’s expertise and reflects the increasingly complex communications environment that has driven a sea-change in customer expectations and behaviours.
At the heart of we are experience lies the principle that experiences should be customer-centric. When, where and how people are interacting with brands must be foremost when designing communications across platforms. As such, we are experience provides its clients with strategic insight, design and creative output across all streams of engagement.
On the agency’s new name, Chris Averill, Founder and Managing Director, says: “Consumers connect with brands on mobile, social, interactive, and web-based platforms. But ultimately, all these touchpoints result in a unique user experience. So the name we are experience is, in its simplest form, a direct description of what we provide.” He adds, “While we are still based in London, having our location in our name didn’t reflect the global nature of what we do and who we work for.”
