Global social media agency We Are Social is launching its second graduate training program to recruit new talent into the business at entry level.
The scheme will provide comprehensive four-month training programme, offering candidates an in-depth understanding of the social and digital landscape. Selected graduates will have the opportunity to experience working across all departments in the agency, ranging from client services, creative technology and design, before landing themselves a permanent position in either the editorial, research and insight or strategy teams.
The Scheme’s strapline ‘The Paper CV is History’ is reflected in the social application process. Starting from Tuesday 13th January 2014, graduates can apply by visiting http://iamsocial.wearesocial.net/, where they can share a 15-second Instagram video and a tweet with the agency, created using the hashtag #IamSocial.
Applications close on Friday 27th February 2015, and We Are Social will select candidates based on the creativity and the unique qualities of their applications. Successful applicants will be invited to an assessment day at We Are Social’s headquarters in London, and will begin working at the agency on Tuesday 1st September 2015.
