We Are Covert Recharges at Company Wide Retreat

Team Covert has just returned from a company-wide retreat in beautiful Seville.

With a fully remote set-up and a global team, co-founder Simon Dewey recognises the immense value of bringing the entire team together to reinforce the studio's core people-first ethos.

Every year, as well as smaller meetups throughout the year, Covert arranges a retreat where the whole team gathers somewhere in the world. It's a chance for the team to truly relax - there are no long PowerPoint presentations to sit through or team-building exercises to take part in, just time to relax, enjoy good food, and have a few drinks together. 

This year, the location was the stunning (and hot) Seville. An all-expenses-paid trip is just one way the studio shows its appreciation for the team. Without them, Covert wouldn't be where it is today!
