This year's Christmas campaign from Sky follows the heart-warming stories of a group of people – couples, families and strangers, coming together at this special time of year, demonstrating how Sky can help to make Christmas a little more magical.
To wrap up the campaign, Sky is launching a special 90” commercial, created by WCRS and placed by Mediacom, showing how all of these stories are connected... by a London cabby who plays a part in each one. The spot concludes with his own magical moment, when he returns home after work, to his loving family.
The spot will be available to watch online on Friday 20th. It will be aired across Sky’s owned channels from Monday 23rd before appearing during the Downtown Abbey Christmas special on December 25th.
The music by Jonathan Goldstein that features on the current ads – which reached No1 in the iTunes Classical Download Chart – is mixed with Silent Night for the 90” special, to add even more Christmas magic.
20p from every download will be donated to Sky Rainforest Rescue and WWF-UK. Sky will match each donation. The funds raised will support Sky Rainforest Rescue and WWF's work to save a billion trees. (Charity registered numbers 1081247 and SC039593F)
