WCRS Appoints Tom Crossley as Managing Partner

Set to lead digital development after 10-year stint with iris

WCRS has strengthened its management team with the hire of Tom Crossley.  Tom joins WCRS from iris where he spent 10 years growing the business, with roles including Managing Partner, Client Service Director and Global Head of People.


Prior to iris, Tom was Head of Digital for two years at Ogilvy offshoot Dialogue Marketing and spent three years at digital specialist Wheel (now LBi) as a Client Partner. 


At WCRS, Tom will be a Managing Partner with responsibility for the agency’s growing digital output and running the agency’s integrated Warburtons account.


WCRS has won a number of accolades for digital work during 2013 including a REV Award for digital innovation, BIMAs (British Interactive Media Awards) for Women’s Aid Blind Eye and a Creative Circle Gold for Best Use of New Technology.


Matt Edwards, Chief Executive of WCRS said:  “Digital work now accounts for a third of WCRS revenue and we are doing everything from virtual test drives for BMW to interactive missions for the Royal Marines.  We are thrilled to add the breadth and depth of Tom’s experience to our management team.”
