Creative agency Walus has brought on new talent across its media and creative teams, welcoming Lisi Powers (left) as social and search specialist and Olivia Johansson (right) as integrated producer.
Lisi joins Walrus after over two years at Anomaly managing social strategy on the agency’s Panera and Reese’s accounts. Prior to this, she was a community manager at We Are Social overseeing the majority of its Heineken US portfolio including: Heineken, Heineken Light, Strongbow Hard Cider, and Newcastle Brown Ale. Lisi’s focus as Walrus’s social and search specialist will be on helping clients take a more holistic approach to digital, ensuring search and social are working together seamlessly to help positively drive customer engagement. She will report to media communications director, Kevin Porter.
Olivia joins Walrus from NY-based production company, Derby Content, where she helped produce content for brands like Honda, Citibank, Colorado Lottery and MM LaFleur and working with music industry talents like G-Eazy, Joey Bada$$ and Young The Giant. While at Derby, Olivia also worked on the powerful PSA, '
Enough!' in collaboration with director, Ezra Hurwitz and 100 children from the National Dance Institute, sending a message against gun violence. At Walrus, Olivia will report to director of integrated production and creative services, Val Hope, as they work to expand the agency’s in-house production capability. Olivia originally hails from Sweden and is a graduate of Hyper Island’s Motion Creative program.
