VMLY&R COMMERCE Joins IPA Panel on Mental Health and Wellbeing

Earlier this year VMLY&R COMMERCE UK celebrated achieving the UK Institute Practitioners in Advertising [IPA] CPD [Continuous Professional Development] Gold Accreditation for the third year running. In reviewing this year’s submissions, it became clear to judges that Mental Health and Wellbeing had become an increasingly important part of agency people development culture and CPD programmes – including our own.

Today, Wednesday 26 May, global head of people Elke van Tienen joins a webinar hosted by the IPA to tap into insights and practical advice from the 2021 Gold Award Winners.

From mindfulness workshops and wellbeing checklists to coaching and mental health first aiders, the event will focus on growing agency commitment to staff mental health and wellbeing. Pioneering agency and L&D leaders, including Elke, will share their journeys to and through the curation of successful programs. 

Chaired by Ross Farquhar, marketing director of Little Moons and chair of IPA CPD Gold panel of judges, the panel comprises: Tanya Brookfield, CEO at Elvis; Annabel Deacon, development lead at RAPP and Gavin Sutton, head of learning and development at Ogilvy, and Elke.
