Adriano Lombardi and Pedro Mayorga will lead the creative department

VMLY&R COMMERCE Mexico today announces the arrival of Adriano Lombardi who, together with Pedro Mayorga, will lead the creative department.

"Adriano's experience within WPP is invaluable to VMLY&R COMMERCE.  Having worked with him for four years gave me the opportunity to see first-hand his expertise, and I have no doubt that his leadership, vision and performance – together with Pedro Mayorga – are ones to lead the great creative team in Mexico," said Mexico CEO Santiago Cortes.

Commenting on his arrival, Adriano said, "I arrived at the the agency that every creative wants to be part of, with talented people and above all, brands who believe deeply in the effectiveness of Creative Commerce."

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Adriano has more than 14 years of experience across multiple countries and industry, allowing him to forge a regional, multicultural and multidisciplinary vision.  He has worked for global clients such as Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Unilever, Mondeléz, Campari, Mazda, Chevrolet,  Puma, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Belcorp, and Diageo. His career has brought him to WPP agenices across Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Mexico. Four years ago, Adriano joined Geometry Peru as Creative CEO, where he gained international recognition and contributed to the growth of the operation.

Pedro 'Pete' Mayorga, whose career spans both Mexico and Europe, has worked for brands including Jaguar/Land Rover, Harley-Davidson, Seat, Jeep, Mitsubishi, Lenovo, Motorola, Miller, Sura Insurance and Unilever, overseeing 360-degree integrated campaigns, and digital and offline platforms. He has also worked in the European market for clients such as Nestlé, MTV, Suzuki and Stella Artois, having expanded the Coca-Cola brand for the Eastern European market across Poland, Turkey, Austria and the Czech Republic.
